All properties are NON SMOKING.
At highest rates (High Season), owner will pay for electricity and cable TV - otherwise tenant pays for cable as well as any internet and reimburses owner for electricity. Leases of 3 months or more, tenant puts all separately billed utilities in their name.
Cleaning fees are based upon actual time spent at $35 an hour plus any carpet cleaning necessary. Minimum cleaning of $60-75 to inspect and do bathrooms/bedding.
Credit check will be done if over 1 month $25 per person - credit application taken on all new tenants
