All properties are NON SMOKING.
At highest rates (High Season), owner will pay for electricity and cable TV - otherwise tenant pays for cable as well as reimbursing owner for all electricity per the bill. Internet will be in tenant’s name for legal reasons. For leases over 3 months, all electricity, cable TV and internet are in the tenant’s name.
Cleaning fee is $150. We reserve the right to charge more depending on length of stay and condition upon move out. This fee will come out of the security deposit.
Credit check will be done if over 1 month $25 per person - credit application taken on all new tenants.
Security deposit $750-1,500; Small pets possible with $200 non refundable pet fee.
