At highest rates (High Season), owner will pay for cable TV - otherwise tenant pays for cable. Internet will be in tenants name for legal reasons. Electricity is included since it is part of Homeowner's Assn dues.
Cleaning fee is $150. We reserve the right to charge more depending on length of stay and condition upon move out. This fee will come out of the security deposit.
Credit check for specific limited stay (winter rental) with rent paid upfront $25. Background check for all other adult occupants $35 each.
Security deposit $750-1,500; Small pet possible depending on the breed with $200 non refundable pet fee.
