Cable TV provided. At highest rates (High Season), owner will pay for all electricity - otherwise tenant reimburses owner for all electricity. Internet will be in tenants name for legal reasons.
Cleaning fee is $125. We reserve the right to charge more depending on length of stay and condition upon move out. This fee will come out of the security deposit.
Credit check for specific limited stay (winter rental) with rent paid upfront $25. Background check for all other adult occupants $35 each.
