All properties are NON SMOKING.
At highest rates (High Season), owner will pay for electricity and cable TV - otherwise tenant pays for cable as well as reimbursing owner for all electricity per the bill. Internet will be in tenants name for legal reasons. For leases over 3 months, all electricity, cable TV and internet are in the tenants name.
Cleaning fee is $125. We reserve the right to charge more depending on length of stay and condition upon move out. This fee will come out of the security deposit.
Credit check for specific limited stay (winter rental) with rent paid upfront $25. Background check for all other adult occupants $35 each.
