All properties are NON SMOKING.
At highest rates (High Season), owner will pay for electricity and cable TV - otherwise, tenant pays for cable as well as reimbursing owner for all electricity per the bill. For leases over 3 months, all electricity, cable and internet are in the tenants name.
Cleaning fee is $150. We reserve the right to charge more depending on length of stay and condition upon move out. This fee will come out of the security deposit.
Credit check for specific limited stay (winter rental) with rent paid upfront $25. Background check for all other adult occupants $35 each.
Security deposit of minimum $750-1,500; Small pet possible depending on breed with $200 non refundable pet fee. |
